This command is a command line utility that loads a CFD given a configuration file and an optional settings file. The configuration file is sourced in. If the settings file is defined it too is sourced in. The CFD described by these files is loaded with any settings information supplied. Note that if there are conflicting definitions between the two configuration files, the settings file overrides.
