Setting up Readout

The readout program runs in the spdaq system. It responds to computer triggers and must readout the hardware that interfaces the computer to the spdaq system. Since this hardware can vary from experiment to experiment, from apparatus to apparatus, the Readout software is experiment dependent and must be tailored to the needs of the experiment.
