Supported operating modes.

Software support for the module is currently restricted to the latching scaler mode. The hardware itself supports:

• Latching mode
• Multi event scaler mode.
• Histogramming scaler mode.

As applications require these additional operational modes, the software development group will implement support for them. The implication of our current software restriction, however is that CSIS3820::setOperatingMode can only be called with the parameter CSIS3820::LatchingScaler.
