clear

DESCRIPTION

The clear command which clears the contents of spectra, is wrapped in a CMPITclPackagedCommandK. While, for simplicity, it executes everywhere, only the spectra defined in the MPI_EVENT_SINK_RANK process will actually have counts. All other proceses do define spectra which can be found by the SpecTcl API but they are not only internal (never bound to shared memory) but also, only the event sink pipeline running in MPI_EVENT_SINK_RANK will ever increment those spectra.
