Synopsis

filter -new filter-name gate-name parameter-name...

filter -delete ilter-name

filter -enable filter-name

filter -disable filter-name

filter -regate filter-name gate-name

filter -file file-name filter-name

filter -list [glob-pattern]

filter -format filter-name format-specifier

DESCRIPTION

The filter is wrapped in a CMPITclCommand. In mpiSpecTcl, in only runs inthe MPI_EVENT_SINK_RANK as filters live in the event sink pipeline only. In all other ranks, no result is set and a TCL_OK status is returned.
