Available TclServer clients:

• Sclclient - Accepts scaler buffers and maintains incremental, and total information for TclServer driven display scripts.
• epicsarchiver - Maintains a set of EPICS control system channel values for TclServer driven monitoring displays.
• Log message servicesr - Creates log display/file entries for the LogDisplay.tcl TclServer GUI.
• Alarm services - Create alarm entries in a file or on the display.
