Formats a run variable buffer. Run variable buffers contain lists of strings describing the value of variables which are constant within the duration of the run. Examples of variables which could be put in this buffer are:

CRunVariableBuffer::CRunVariableBuffer unsigned    nWords = 4096
 

Default constructor.

Constructs a run variable buffer. Once this is done, all you have to do is call PutEntityString for each variable string you want to insert in the buffer, and then Route the buffer.
