This command is wrapped in a CMPITclCommand Run in
MPI_EVENT_SINK_RANK, the result is set with the size in
bytes and a status of TCL_OK. In all other processes,
the status is still TCL_OK but no result is set.
This is because the display shared memory region is created and managed
by the MPI_EVENT_SINK_RANK.
